Cucumber Fizz

1 1/2 oz. Rebecca Creek Whiskey
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Honey
Ginger Beer
Cucumber

Combine all ingredients into a rocks glass.
Finish: Top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber slices. Enjoy!

2 oz. Rebecca Creek Whiskey
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup

Combine into glass, add ice, stir.
Garnish with an orange peel. Enjoy!

1 1/2 oz. Rebecca Creek Whiskey
1/2 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Topo Chico

Combine, shake and strain over ice. Top with Topo Chico. Garnish with lemon wheel & mint. Enjoy!
